|The EBSG WorkSmart Solution ["WorkSmart"] is a highly functional and multi-purpose application designed to improve both the efficiency and the effectiveness of each department within which it is deployed.|
WorkSmart can be deployed in its simplest form as a departmental or organizational 'Contact Management & Activity Tracking' solution. Alternatively, departmentally specific functionality can be rolled out to provide a more comprehensive and specific departmental solution, eg 'Customer Service Management'.
Alternatively again, a single solution spanning multiple departments can be deployed to provide a fully comprehensive and centralized 'Customer Relationship & Operations Management' solution.

The Archive Management dB - The WorkSmart Archive Management dB facilitates the creation of any number of System Archive dB's and works in conjunction with the DataFinder module to ensure that wherever the data actually resides, it can always be located, retrieved and restored as required.
